Our Mission

We are a performance group based in Marysville, Ohio. Our goal is to showcase progressive performances in and around central Ohio in order to entertain while promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility. Our group is proud to feature cast members across a variety of backgrounds including people who are queer, people of color, people of all ages, and more.

The Lucky Banisters is built by and for a diverse community of artists and audiences. We create welcoming spaces where people of all identities feel seen, celebrated, and invited to participate—onstage, behind the scenes, or in the audience.

Bold Storytelling

From cult classics to original productions, our work embraces the weird, the theatrical, and the unapologetically expressive. We don’t shy away from adult themes, camp, or experimentation— we use them to spark connection and joy.

Art With Purpose

The Lucky Banisters exists to build community, uplift local artists, and create sustainable opportunities for creative expression. We will continue and build to place where we support inclusive and expressive arts in our Marysville community.
